Machine Operator

Operates production machinery and equipment according to instructions. Requires machine operating experience, the ability to read technical drawings and basic knowledge of health and safety.

CNC Operator

Programs and operates numerically controlled machine tools. Requires knowledge of G/M code, ability to set parameters and perform dimensional control of parts.

Welder

Carries out welded joints using MIG/MAG or TIG methods according to technical documentation. Requires welding qualifications, the ability to read drawings and experience in welding stainless steel or aluminium.

Assembler

Assembles subassemblies and finished products on an assembly line or at a workstation. Requires manual dexterity, ability to use hand and pneumatic tools and to work according to instructions.

Production Line Worker

Performs repetitive tasks on the production line: packing, sorting, labelling. Requires readiness for shift work, resilience to monotony and basic communication in Polish, English or Russian.

Quality Controller

Checks product compliance with standards and specifications, using measuring instruments. Requires knowledge of quality standards, ability to use callipers, micrometers and to document inspection results.

What does the legalisation of foreign employment in production look like?

Depending on the country of origin, we use the declaration procedure, a work permit or notification for Ukrainian citizens. We submit all applications electronically. JOBCEN prepares documentation and handles the case from start to document issuance.

How long does it take to deliver workers to the plant?

The legalisation procedure usually takes 2 to 7 months. The timeframe depends on the chosen route and country of origin. Once documents are obtained, the worker may start work on a date agreed with the employer and consistent with the issued document.

What are the costs of hiring a worker through an agency?

Costs depend on the cooperation model: permanent recruitment, temporary work or process outsourcing. All costs are already included in a single agreed rate, without breaking them down into smaller elements.

Does the agency provide accommodation for workers?

Yes, we offer accommodation or help find it. The standard and location are agreed with the employer. We also provide adaptation support and a coordinator.

How do you overcome the language barrier?

We provide an English- and Russian-speaking coordinator who supports communication between employees and the plant, assists, resolves problems and ensures worker welfare.

Who is responsible for employment legality and documentation?

JOBCEN, as an agency entered in the KRAZ (National Register of Employment Agencies) under no. 75577, takes responsibility for employment legalisation and regulatory compliance. The user employer is responsible for health and safety conditions and work organisation. In the case of temporary work, the 18-month limit within 36 months applies to the worker – user employer relationship.
