Our main sourcing regions are Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asian countries and African countries. **How fast can you deliver candidates?** We recruit for long-term stays. Contracts usually cover at least 2 years, and in temporary-work model often 18 months. **How do legalization and documents work?** We handle end-to-end legalization: declarations of entrusting work for citizens of Armenia, Belarus and Moldova, notifications for Ukrainian citizens, and work permits. We also support temporary residence and residence cards; the procedure usually takes 2–7 months. **Do you provide a guarantee on hired workers?** Yes. Guarantee is standard in our cooperation. If a worker leaves during the covered period, we fill the vacancy quickly at no extra recruitment cost. **Do you provide a coordinator and training?** Yes. We provide an English-speaking and Russian-speaking coordinator, adaptation support, and vocational and language courses. **What is handled by the agency vs the employer?** On our side: recruitment, legalization, documents, payroll, and coordinator support. On the employer side: job-position onboarding and standard workplace conditions. **How is the cooperation cost calculated?** The cost depends on the position, employment model and number of hours. We quote one fixed rate that includes the entire service, without breaking it down into separate line items. ## Candidate FAQ **Do candidates pay for recruitment?** No. We do not charge candidates for recruitment. Employment terms are clearly explained before any documents are signed. **Which countries and sectors are the offers in?** Most offers are in Poland and the EU, mainly in production, logistics, warehousing, HoReCa, and seasonal work. **Do you help with documents and legalization?** Yes. We help complete documents for legal work and residence and guide candidates through every formal step. **Will I get support after arrival?** Yes. You get a coordinator contact, organizational support, and ongoing help during onboarding. **Can I get Polish language training?** Yes. We organise language training and vocational courses, including vocabulary needed on the job. **What contract length is most common?** Most contracts are long-term (at least 2 years). In temporary work, the typical period is 18 months. **Do you help with formalities after arrival?** Yes.
